- 1990- As a manufacturer of Shutter Springs from their registered office, Praveen Kumar Jain started producing Shutter Springs with semi-automatic machinery and was based in Kuli Bazar, Kanpur (Central North India's Iron & Steel trade hub).
- 2000- As Praveen Kumar Jain's enterprise grew and subsequently he started wholesaling shutter parts, he continued to expand the business as a supplier for local traders and fabricators.
- 2017- Following the introduction of GST, the incorporation of Praveen Enterprises increased the scale of manufacturing and distribution of shutter parts.
- 2020- In addition, the establishment of a modern manufacturing facility located in Ispat Nagar (an important industrial district in Kanpur) further expanded the volume of shutter parts manufactured by Praveen Enterprises.
- 2024- Mr. Sharad Jain has joined Praveen Enterprises full-time after twenty years of experience in the corporate sector. He has transformed Praveen Enterprises into a modern-day enterprise which has over the past five years expanded to 15 states throughout the country and now supplies a wide variety of shutter parts and raw materials.
